Job Summary
The Sales Associate is a key role in providing exceptional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador, and utilizing in-depth product knowledge to drive sales. Responsibilities include ensuring high customer satisfaction, managing discount authorizations and customer inquiries, maintaining store presentation and organization, and achieving store KPIs. The successful candidate will have a background in hospitality or retail, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
