Job Summary
Part-time Sales Advisor responsible for delivering a great customer experience and supporting store sales. Duties include folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising garments to maximise selling opportunities; actively stock and replenish items on the sales floor and in the stock room; open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags; assist customers with purchases and returns at the register; contribute to store operations and a positive working environment with colleagues. Requires strong customer service, product knowledge, teamwork, and attention to presentation.
Required Qualifications
- Part-time availability (16 hours)
- Retail experience preferred
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to merchandise and stock replenishment
- Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
