Job Summary
Greet customers and embody the brand heart by initiating conversations, assisting at the cash desk, and guiding shoppers through the shop floor. Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise the latest garments to enhance the shopping experience. Offer genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire, collaborating with your team to create welcoming moments. This part-time role involves 10 hours per week starting September 2026, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Staff receive a 25% discount across all H&M Group brands and access to the H&M Incentive Program. Required Qualifications
- Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- This is a part-time position with a contract of 10 hours a week. starting in September 2026.
Desired Qualifications
- While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, they're not mandatory.
- Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience
- Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc
