Job Summary
Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding products while showcasing fashion trends. Share product knowledge to help customers make informed choices and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting. Support opening and closing procedures and represent the brand positively during all interactions. This fixed-term role at H&M Hansa in Turku runs from September 7, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with contracts between 0h-25h. Finnish language proficiency is required for communication and CV submission.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields
- Ability to provide excellent customer experience in Finnish
- Must be able to complete the online assessment method for skills-based recruitment
- Must be able to send CV in Finnish
