Job Summary
Engage guests upon arrival to ensure a warm welcome and smooth entry into the park while processing ticket sales and managing turnstile operations. Promote and sell additional products including Fast Track tickets, special events, and Merlin Annual Passes to drive sales targets. Address guest inquiries and concerns with a proactive approach, ensuring a seamless journey from start to finish. Work weekends, holidays, and peak times to meet guest needs.
