Job Summary
Achieve occupancy goals by conducting initial inquiry calls, off and on-site visits, community tours, and entering resident assessments. Develop initial service plans, recommend additional offerings, and coordinate new resident transitions from hospitals, rehab facilities, or other locations. Train staff in visitor welcome and orientation while maintaining ongoing liaisons with hospital and health agencies. Ensure all marketing and community relations communications are accurately notated in the database and provide the Executive Director with timely sales and marketing information. Plan and implement community events. Requires excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with personal experience with the elderly and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Responsible for achievement of occupancy goals
- Performs all new Resident family and Resident contact, including but not limited to the initial inquiry calls, off and on-site visits, community tours, and entering resident assessments
- Develops Resident initial service plans and recommends and assists in developing and promoting additional service offerings
- Coordinates new Resident transition from hospital, rehab facility, home, or other location
- Trains staff in visitor welcome and orientation
- Maintains ongoing liaison with hospital and health agencies
- Ensures all marketing and community relations communications are accurately and timely notated in the marketing database system
- Provides the Executive Director with accurate and timely sales and marketing information
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and participating in community events
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including listening skills
- Strong customer service skills – both internal and external
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have an overall 'caring' personality and attitude
- Personal and/or professional experience with the elderly
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment required
