Job Summary

The Business Manager supports all store departments (sales, service, rental, and marketing) and serves as primary back-up across departments. Responsibilities include assisting Sales and Service teams with documentation, preparing vehicle delivery paperwork and DMV titling/registration, taking vehicle photos for SalesForce, tracking inventory, following up on service orders, assisting the General Manager with forecasting and budgeting, managing the title process and RSA/ESC contracts, handling accounts receivable and daily deposits, reconciling expenses and vendor relations, and representing MobilityWorks at tradeshows and trainings. The role requires travel for events, the ability to answer customer questions about vans and mobility equipment in the absence of the GM, adherence to company policies and OSHA regulations, and the capacity to work varying hours including some evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or GED is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred; candidates should have 5 years of office management experience and strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
