Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all vehicle documents, including V5s and MOT history, are recorded and filed securely. Tax sold vehicles prior to customer delivery and create sales invoices that match customer order forms. Verify sales documents and confirm payment before releasing vehicles to customers.
