Job Summary

Sales Administrator coordinates contracts and post-sales workflow, maintains CRM and reporting, and serves as Office Manager for West Chester and Nashville branches. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing new contracts, managing administrative processes from sold status to measure completion, resolving holds with Sales Leadership and Finance, creating KPI and sales reports, updating CRM (i360) and other systems, and providing direct admin support to Sales Leadership. Also acts as a brand ambassador, manages office reception, correspondence, and day-to-day office activities, and coordinates supplies and vendors to support a professional, efficient office environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years prior experience in sales or administration in home improvements, home services, or related industries
  • Tech-savvy
  • Sales mindset
  • Highly organized
  • Process-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to problem solve and collaborate with others to reach resolutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurately type 40+ words per minute
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and Online Systems/CRMs (i.e., Salesforce.com)
