Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, Director, and managers by maintaining product allocations, planning meetings, and taking detailed minutes. Manage general data entry, file records, and contact lists while writing and distributing emails, memos, and forms. Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports and communicating daily alerts and updates to the larger team. Maintain accurate files and records to ensure they remain updated and easily accessible. Actively participate in meetings as requested and establish good working relationships with other team members. Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing priorities and workflow independently.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proximity to Huntley, IL
- Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
