Job Summary
Sales Administrator at Honeycombes Townsville Truck Centre responsible for end-to-end sales process coordination from vehicle orders to customer delivery, including preparation of quotations and sales documentation; maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and delivery schedules; coordinate vehicle deliveries, registrations, transfers, and pre-delivery activities; maintain warranty and recall registers and other compliance records; support sales and marketing initiatives through events and database maintenance; deliver high-standard customer service and liaise with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance and Administration to ensure a seamless customer experience; uphold company values and policies, and contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Sound computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level customer service skills and ability to build rapport
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Can-do attitude and alignment with company values
