Job Summary

Hybrid Sales Administrator role based in Sofia supporting the Europe-wide sales teams. You will take ownership of incoming customer queries from quotes through to contract signature, manage the full contract lifecycle (renewals, modifications, terminations), collaborate with Order and contract management teams, produce accurate quotes, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve service, delivery or billing issues, and maintain Salesforce opportunities and quoting history. The role requires experience in sales support, contract/order management or customer service, fluency in German or French & English, strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused, proactive approach. A recent university graduate with some office customer service experience is welcomed, with a full training programme and opportunities for career development within the Commercial Management team and wider organization. The position offers a flexible hybrid working policy in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, contract/order management or customer service
  • Fluency in German or French & English, oral and written, is essential
  • Strong analytical skills with good Excel is essential
  • Exceptional, pro-active customer focus and ability to consistently deliver high-quality service
  • Comfortable and enthusiastic communicator
  • Excellent organisational skills; ability to prioritise work to maximise impact for both customers and euNetworks
