Sales Administrator – Embedded Computer Industry

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive sales support, including quote generation, sales order entry, and customer assistance with minimal supervision. Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and sales data while ensuring order accuracy, scheduling coordination, and invoice precision. Expedite orders by liaising with internal departments to resolve issues and meet customer expectations. Prepare periodic sales reports covering forecasting, inventory, and pricing analysis, and support sales and operations meetings by compiling relevant data. Serve as the communication link between customers and internal teams, providing timely feedback and updates. Develop strong knowledge of Axiomtek's products and service offerings through provided training. Adhere to the company's Quality Management System requirements while assisting with additional sales and marketing administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of related sales support or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 1–3 years of related sales support or customer service experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
- CRM system (such as Salesforce) and SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred
