Job Summary
Coordinate clerical and administrative sales functions to ensure smooth order flow, accurate follow-up, and exceptional customer experiences. Track CIMS activity, monitor churn accounts, and update delivery windows to maintain Optimiroute compliance. Act as the primary liaison between sales and internal partners including IT, Operations, and FP&A to address system issues, handle RMA pickups, and manage quote turnarounds. Support new customer onboarding, identify trends in reships and backorders, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer concerns and improve service standards. This entry-level role offers a defined development path toward an inside Sales Representative position within a diverse, drug-free workplace.

Desired Qualifications
