Job Summary
Hybrid Sales Administrator role supporting the full sales process from order entry through fulfillment. Acts as a central coordinator between Sales, Operations, and Customers to ensure orders are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated. Responsible for processing and managing customer sales orders, coordinating progression from receipt to shipment, monitoring status, expediting when needed, resolving order discrepancies, and maintaining accurate order records in ERP/CRM. Requires detail orientation, strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with experience in ERP/CRM systems and a background in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics preferred.
