Job Summary
Sales Administrator role within AVIA’s Sales Operations, focusing on moving deals through the pipeline, drafting and validating contracts, and ensuring accuracy and timely progress from enquiry through to contract. Responsibilities include picking up incoming work, creating contracts and packages, catching small errors before they escalate, keeping deals flowing, answering calls or messages when the sales team is tied up, and helping clients with quick, clear answers. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to learn quickly within established systems; prior construction experience is not required as training will be provided. The position is part of a two-person team and is described as in-person within Southport, Queensland, Australia.
Required Qualifications
