Job Summary
Sales Administrator responsible for leading contract management, price maintenance, and prototype order management activities. Tasks include training the sales team on the Astemo Contract Review System and Prototype Tracking System (PTS), initiating and finalizing contract reviews with account managers, maintaining official pricing in ERP with auditors in mind, generating monthly status reports, and coordinating with plant sites, procurement, design engineering, shipping, and accounting to ensure pricing accuracy, order delivery, and compliance. Key skills include ERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM, contract and prototype tracking tooling, pricing validation and timing, and cross-functional collaboration to support audits and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business administration or related business degree
