Job Summary
Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry while maintaining stock levels and coordinating fulfilment internally, with third-party suppliers, and clients. Serve as a point of contact for enquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using Quantum, and generate sales reports to assist in strategic decision-making. Assist the Sales and MRO Manager in building client relationships, driving revenue, and exceeding monthly targets by handling purchasing requests and keeping progress reports up to date. Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Purchasing, Accounts, Stores, Logistics, and Engineering to streamline processes and support the Business Process Improvement project.
