Job Summary
Sales Administrative Assistant supports the Kansas City and St. Louis branch Sales and Operations by handling administrative duties such as coordinating travel for sales reps, organizing customer events and training sessions, preparing documents and reports, maintaining training records, tracking monthly sales results and market share, and communicating with distributors on programs. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; associate degree or higher preferred with at least two years of sales administration or sales support experience. Located in Kansas City, KS or Oklahoma City, OK with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in sales administration or sales support
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
