Support the Director of Sales and General Manager and help ensure effective communication between leadership and operations. You will be a key member of the sales and leadership team, handling administrative tasks to back a hospitality-focused sales operation, with emphasis on guest service, organization, and cross-department coordination. Must demonstrate strong communication, customer-service mindset, attention to detail, professional demeanor, telephone etiquette, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Schedule primarily during office hours with potential nights or weekends as needed.
