Job Summary
Sales Administration Manager responsible for end-to-end sales and account management in a luxury food production environment in Yorkshire. Manages customer orders from receipt through delivery, acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensures accurate order details, invoicing, and documentation, and coordinates with production, logistics, finance, and management teams to maintain service levels and drive business growth. Key focus on maintaining customer relationships, understanding ordering patterns, logging show and event data, preparing monthly/quarterly sales reports, and delivering professional customer service with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced food production and distribution setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales administration, or account coordination role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience processing orders and customer documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
