Job Summary
Sales Administration Executive supports the Brand Partnership sales process from pre- to post-sale by coordinating performance reports, monitoring billing and payments, organizing and validating merchant information, and providing administrative and operational support to the Brand Partnership Team to ensure smooth deal execution. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of Sales Administrator or Sales Support experience, with familiarity in sales processes and CRM, strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills, clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as Sales Administrator or Sales Support
- Basic understanding of sales processes and commercial terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
