Job Summary
Execute customer and sales master data activities for the assigned market, including creation, updates, deactivations, route changes, and seller assignments. Validate requests for required information and approvals before execution, then maintain accurate records in SAP, trackers, and request-management platforms. Monitor assigned requests, follow up on pending information, and communicate status or operational issues clearly to internal stakeholders. Escalate system issues, unusual requests, or process deviations to the appropriate owner while maintaining updated process documentation. Support process improvements, standardization initiatives, and the implementation of new tools or procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in master data, sales administration, customer service, commercial operations, data processing, or a related operational area
- Basic knowledge of customer, sales, routes, sellers, or commercial master data processes
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and business rules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with transactional systems such as SAP or similar enterprise platforms
- English proficiency sufficient to understand documentation and participate in basic operational communication
