Job Summary
Sales Admin role supporting sales and finance teams at Bish’s RV. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, ensuring compliance through double-checking documents, gathering funding documents, preparing funding packets, handling deposits and payments, setting up customers with the team, and acting as a liaison between customers, sales, and finance. Requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, professional customer service, and willingness to learn dealership software (Lightspeed, DealerTrack, Evision). On-site role in Fairfield, CA; requires Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Experience with dealership software is preferred but not required
