Job Summary
Sales Activities Coordinator (Inside Sales Support) assists the MSI US sales team in all aspects of sales activities, responds to inquiries from internal sales and customers, expedites sales paperwork and shipments, generates weekly inventory/sell-out reports, and processes customer purchase orders and credit claims. Requires strong communication and analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; 1+ year of sales-related experience in IT distributors/resellers preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States. This is a full-time role based in City of Industry, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year+ sales related work experience in IT distributor or resellers preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proactive, teamwork, and self-motivated
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
