Job Summary
Maintain accurate sales journals and databases while overseeing sales accounts for three locations. Assist with month-end closing procedures by verifying deal gross profit, balancing vehicle sale accounts, and generating reports to analyze sales trends. Research and resolve discrepancies in sales data, process deals with dealership programs, and communicate effectively with sales staff, accounting, and customers regarding transactions. Conduct monthly store visits to all three locations and perform required accounting administrative and documentation tasks. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm with occasional weekend coverage toward month-end.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales accounting or a related field
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be able to pass a pre-screen drug test and background check
- Must live within the outer limits of the Pittsburgh, Pa area
- Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm (with occasional weekends towards the end of the month)
