Job Summary
Process whole goods clerical accounting duties including routine calculations, reconciliations, verifications, and postings to ensure accuracy. Enter data into accounting systems covering the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Invoice equipment sales and rentals in Equip and agreement/subscription sales, then post whole goods invoices. Verify sales transaction accuracy by researching information and recommending corrections to originators. Reconcile the Sales Center account, process ATV and trailer title applications, and maintain lien search logs. Analyze documents for completeness and communicate with colleagues to resolve accounting issues. Requires an Associate's degree in accounting/finance, two years of experience, and a valid driver's license. Must be able to travel as needed and work in an office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Understands accounting fundamentals such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgets
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to travel as needed
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office machinery
- Must be able to communicate and exchange information with coworkers, customers and vendors
- Must be able to perceive written and digital information
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting/finance Discipline preferred
- 2 or more years of Accounting/Finance Experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license preferred
