Sales Account Specialist

Job Summary
Account Specialist will manage all aspects of customer orders, respond to inquiries from the Sales Team and internal parties to aid in order fulfillment, communicate with team members to best serve the customer, understand order processing systems and delivery channels, serve as liaison for traveling sales representatives, maintain customer relations by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism, demonstrate a desire for team success by identifying process improvements, and assist on special projects with other departments while continuing cross-training within the department.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- College/University undergraduate degree preferred but not required
- Experience in field sales and/or sales leadership in high school music/performing arts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, reliability and positive disposition
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SalesForce – working knowledge or willingness to learn
- Smart Sheets – working knowledge or willingness to learn
