Sales Account Representative responsible for independently handling a broad range of sales and customer service tasks, developing and growing customer accounts through face-to-face and virtual interactions, serving as the primary customer contact, identifying long- and short-term needs within assigned territories, generating new business, coordinating with operations to execute agreements, providing quotations, negotiating pricing within guidelines, monitoring customer satisfaction, and leveraging product knowledge to highlight features and value. The role supports inventory planning, analyzes historical material usage trends, informs customers of additional value-added services, and maintains ongoing relationships to drive repeat business and opportunities in the metals industry.
