Job Summary
Sales Account Representative with a focus on selling technical solutions and building enterprise relationships. Responsible for account maintenance, providing product information, coordinating with internal teams (sales, purchasing, production, procurement, logistics), tracking orders and quotes, and ensuring timely communication with clients. Requires data-entry accuracy, strong Excel skills, and ability to collaborate across departments to resolve issues and support project coordination. Demonstrates customer-service excellence, professional communication, and the ability to manage status updates, credit issues, and returns while supporting the sales team and leadership. Salary range $70,500–$80,000 per year; bachelor’s degree preferred but an associate degree is required. Benefits package and potential equity/bonus opportunities may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree is required
- 1+ years of customer service experience in tech industry is desired
- Experience in data entry with strong attention to details
- Strong communication skills (phone, E-mail, verbal and presentation)
- Expert knowledge on Excel
