Job Summary
Energetic, motivated Sales Representative to generate new business and build long-term referral relationships in the local market. You will conduct in-person sales visits, attend networking events, and cultivate relationships with insurance agents/adjusters, property managers, contractors, Realtors, and local business leaders to promote ServiceMaster Restore by ELE. Responsibilities include generating new opportunities, developing referral partnerships, tracking leads and sales activity, representing the brand professionally, and supporting growth through community engagement and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC Certifications preferred
- 6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Highly motivated, strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process
