Job Summary
Pharmaceutical Sales Rep position focusing on Primary Care physicians in Castle Hills, TX. Drive territory sales by promoting pharmaceutical products, educate customers on use and benefits, build relationships with external and internal customers, and meet territory goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include one-on-one and group presentations, field activities, planning, reporting, coordination with peers, use of sales materials and samples, and ongoing professional development to enhance product and therapeutic area knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Some sales experience or sales abilities
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry knowledge
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proactive; can do approach; takes ownership of situations
- Demonstrates problem solving ability; analytical; business acumen
- Solid motivational and persuasion skills
- Must be able to acquire all industry credentials with certifications
- Demonstrates team orientation
- Proven record of sustained high sales performance and achievement
