Job Summary
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Bassano del Grappa area and surrounding zones, while consolidating the existing client portfolio and expanding the local sales network. Conduct business visits to analyze enterprise needs, manage independent negotiations, quotes, and contracts, and identify opportunities within personnel supply and HR services. Generate periodic reports on commercial performance to drive growth and positioning for the agency in Veneto. This role offers a direct start with an indefinite-term contract under the CCNL Terziario, with a base salary ranging from €24,972.50 to €27,774.74 plus objective-based bonuses.
