Job Summary
Sales Account Manager role for Veolia in Karnataka handling Middle Market customers with channel sales, direct customer, and corporate accounts. Responsibilities include generating new accounts, driving growth, providing technical training and service to channel partners, resolving customer inquiries, expanding geographic coverage, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining payment collections (DSO). Must travel across Karnataka. Technical focus on Veolia-WTS products (Cooling, Boiler, Waste water, Membrane Chemicals), training channels, customer value propositions, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize solutions. Requires Bachelor level degree and 6-12 years’ experience in industrial/water-sector sales, English communication skills, strong interpersonal/leadership and teamwork, and willingness to work in a cross-functional environment. Industry experience in water treatment product lines and corporate sales is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Engineering degree or Diploma/Science PG with 6-12 yrs of Exp from an accredited university or college
- Industrial Sales with Water Industry and Corporate sales experience is preferred
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
