Job Summary
Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business. Spend Mondays planning and scheduling, then conduct on-site visits with customers from Tuesday through Friday. Create effective solutions for clients utilizing our 43,000 high-quality products. This role includes a $85,000 to $135,000 annual salary, a bonus program, and a 401(k) with a 6% employer match. New hires receive four weeks of sales training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. Uline is North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Great driving record
- 5+ years previous sales experience
- Excellent written / verbal communication
- Problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
