Job Summary
Conduct daily outbound calls to generate and maintain business relationships with hospital clients, while strategically booking appointments for new and existing accounts. Review customer year-to-date spend to re-engage lapsed clients and schedule product launch meetings with coordinated sample presentations. Manage the lead pipeline from initial contact through to first order, delivering a minimum of 80–100 meaningful sales interactions per week. Allocate time 70% to follow-up with existing order customers and 30% to new business/cold calling. Work fully remote in the UK from 8 am to 4 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and interactions
- Confident in initiating contact and building rapport with medical professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in reviewing customer data and identifying sales opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strategic and proactive mindset
