Job Summary

Sales Account Manager responsible for territory growth in Bentonville, AR and Springfield, MO. Own a defined territory, develop and execute plans to generate new business opportunities, and manage an existing account base. Conduct in-person and virtual prospect meetings, present and demo print and technology solutions (copiers, printers, production print, managed print services), negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally with service and operations, and travel within the territory for client meetings and occasional overnight trips.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience (ideally in business technology, office equipment, or related industries)
  • strong mix of account management and new business development skills
  • confidence leading sales conversations, delivering presentations, and closing deals with decision-makers
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong organizational discipline
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to travel within territory for client meetings and overnight trips
  • authorization to work in the U.S.
  • English proficiency
