Job Summary
Sales Account Manager responsible for territory growth in Bentonville, AR and Springfield, MO. Own a defined territory, develop and execute plans to generate new business opportunities, and manage an existing account base. Conduct in-person and virtual prospect meetings, present and demo print and technology solutions (copiers, printers, production print, managed print services), negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally with service and operations, and travel within the territory for client meetings and occasional overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience (ideally in business technology, office equipment, or related industries)
- strong mix of account management and new business development skills
- confidence leading sales conversations, delivering presentations, and closing deals with decision-makers
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong organizational discipline
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to travel within territory for client meetings and overnight trips
- authorization to work in the U.S.
- English proficiency
