Participate in daily sales scrums, role-play scenarios, and strategy sessions to sharpen retention and expansion pitches while maintaining meticulous CRM records. Consistently meet monthly KPIs for retention rates, account growth, and discovery meetings. This role offers a stable $52K base plus uncapped commission, a set core schedule with flexibility, and intensive coaching focused on psychology and negotiation. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-pressure, fine-dining environment
- Competitive Background: Experience playing sports at a collegiate, semi-pro, or highly competitive club level
