Job Summary
Desk-Based Account Manager to manage a portfolio of B2B telecoms customers (Hosted telephony, SIP, Fixed Voice Services, Dedicated Broadband and Managed Services). Build strong relationships, reduce churn, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales/Marketing, and use Salesforce CRM to monitor performance, renewals, and usage trends. Provide feedback for product development and stay current on the evolving telecoms product suite. Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B account management or customer success roles.
