Job Summary
Account Manager focusing on enterprise DMS/ECM solutions. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts; identify client needs and provide suitable DMS/ECM solutions; generate new business opportunities; handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction; conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client workshops; prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales reports; achieve sales targets and monitor market trends; required to communicate in Arabic (native) and English (fluent).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in the technology industry
- Strong experience in selling Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
- Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet and Laserfiche
- Experience with service providers or system integrators
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales and customer engagement strategies
- Native Arabic speaker; fluent in English
