Job Summary
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products within Consumer Health Division markets including retail pharmacies, hospitals, and endocrinology offices. Execute prospecting and lead generation through market research, cold calling, channel partner engagement, networking, and industry tradeshows. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers such as endocrinologists, pharmacists, and procurement officers while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce.com. Gather customer feedback to shape product development and marketing strategies while staying current on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
