Job Summary
Asia-focused Sales / Account Manager for the iGaming sector. Serve as the primary contact for clients, manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with business goals. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, updating contract records and renewals, collaborating on strategic marketing plans to achieve KPIs, identifying upsell/cross-sell/renewal opportunities, developing product knowledge to enhance selling activity, generating progress reports for clients and senior management, and delivering strong customer service. Must have 3 years of experience in sales or customer service in the Asian iGaming market, be proficient in Mandarin Chinese (native level preferred) with business-level English, and be based in Asia or open to relocation within Asia. Proficiency with CRM software is required.

- Proficiency with customer success and customer relationship management software
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (ideally native level) with business-level English
- Based in Asia (preferably Taiwan), or open to relocation within Asia
