Job Summary
Strategic, commercially driven Sales Account Manager to lead advertising partnerships across our app ecosystem in the InDrive Ads division, focusing on a brand-new, rapidly scaling business line. Own the end-to-end advertising lifecycle—from identifying and unlocking new business opportunities and proactive outreach to client acquisition, relationship development, campaign oversight, and post-campaign performance evaluation. Lead the advertising sales strategy for a portfolio of high-value brand and agency partners, driving adoption of a growing suite of ad solutions while delivering sustainable revenue growth and long-term strategic value. Responsibilities include leveraging persuasive, multi-channel sales to acquire new clients for the InDrive Ads platform, developing and executing multi-format campaign strategies (video, display, native) aligned with objectives, achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets, building executive relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams (International Ads, Product, Marketing, Operations, in-country teams), driving adoption of differentiated ad solutions, expanding client partnerships, and leading campaign performance reviews with data-driven insights. Qualifications demand 6+ years in digital media or advertising platform sales, comfort working in multi-region/international contexts with strong communication and organizational skills, a data-informed storytelling approach, proficiency with CRM and Google Workspace, and native or fluent English plus Bahasa Indonesia (additional regional language is a plus). Availability for a remote work model with regular client/agency visits is required. Final benefits vary by location.
