Job Summary
Strategic, data-driven Sales Account Manager responsible for leading advertising partnerships across InDrive's Ads platform. Own end-to-end lifecycle from identifying opportunities and proactive outreach to client acquisition, relationship development, campaign oversight, and post-campaign evaluation. Drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of high-value brand and agency partners, developing multi-format (video, display, native) campaign strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes. Build executive-level relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams (International Ads, Product, Marketing, Operations, in-country teams), and expand advertiser partnerships while maintaining CRM/KPI tracking and optimizing ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience within a digital media or advertising platform (directly or via a vendor/partner) with proven end-to-end digital advertising sales experience supporting enterprise-level brands and media agencies
- strong communication and organizational skills
- creative storytelling with data-driven insights
- familiarity with programmatic and mobile advertising ecosystem
- proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems
- native or fluent English and native-level proficiency in Afrikaans or Zulu; proficiency in Xhosa or Sesotho is strongly preferred
- availability for remote work model based in the Johannesburg area with regular visits to clients and partner agencies
