Job Summary
Sales Account Manager role within onsemi's Inside Sales team focused on supporting distribution sales strategy for automotive and industrial markets. Responsibilities include partnering with the Global Account Manager of High-Service and Specialty distribution to drive strategy execution and growth, collaborating across Business Unit, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service organizations, developing and maintaining reports/dashboards to track program execution (backlog, billing, resale data), monitoring progress and resolving gaps with stakeholders, supporting forecasting, ensuring timely resolutions to customer issues with customer service, identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency, and identifying new business opportunities through data analysis and trend monitoring.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Inside Sales or Sales account management
- Ability to partner with Global Account Manager and cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and forecasting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Process-improvement mindset and opportunity identification in sales context
