Job Summary
Drive territory revenue for Fetal and Maternal Monitoring by managing hospital/IDN accounts across AR, KS, OK, and North Texas; execute the sales strategy, forecast and manage pipeline, and coordinate contract implementation with cross-functional partners. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, understand stakeholder needs, and deliver value-based solutions while traveling within the territory. This field-based role emphasizes hands-on engagement with complex healthcare buyers, requiring strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to navigate multi-person buying groups. The position also supports career development toward senior account, key account, or sales leadership roles, with in-person office presence required at least part of each week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device sales
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or a technical discipline
