Job Summary
The Account Manager for Existing Accounts will be responsible for protecting and growing a book of business by executing a strategic account management motion focused on deep partnerships and maximizing customer lifetime value. The role involves owning customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, building value cases, driving mutual success through continuous customer alignment, navigating organization dynamics, and maintaining accurate forecasting. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with SMB and mid-market customers, as well as experience in healthcare technology. A culture of development is emphasized through consistent coaching and resources.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management or post-sale B2B SaaS experience
