Job Summary
Part-time Sales Account Manager for Europe focused on maintaining and growing key client relationships, ensuring payments are up to date, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. Responsibilities include monthly client check-ins, HubSpot-recorded communications, responding to client inquiries, overseeing payments and overdue accounts, liaising with Finance for billing issues, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating onboarding and product demonstrations via Zoom, supporting retention and renewal conversations, handling cancellations and debtor management, and maintaining accurate HubSpot records. Requires business-level English, remote-work capability within Europe, and experience in account management, invoicing/payments, and internal collaboration with Sales and Finance teams. Familiarity with product demonstrations, onboarding materials, and tracking account health is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management or sales
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Familiarity with invoicing, payments, and collections
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and onboarding
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Understanding of renewal and churn management
- Ability to upsell and expand existing accounts
- Remote work capability and time management for part-time hours
