Sales Account Manager

Job Summary
Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand Estes transportation sales within an assigned territory; utilize CRM to build customer base and relationships; interface with customers to understand objectives, provide product/service offerings, and present service value; meet/exceed sales goals; prepare and conduct service presentations; contribute to quarterly/annual business forecasting; promote world-class customer care; travel within territory and overnight as needed; may perform additional duties as assigned; requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to lift and travel as needed; must pass background checks and drug screening; must be eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of sales experience preferred; LTL/transportation sales experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
- Travel within assigned territory and overnight stays as needed
- CRM experience; Salesforce preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
