Job Summary
Sales & Account Manager for InDrive Ads in Colombia and Peru, leading advertising partnerships across an expanding ad solutions suite. Own end-to-end advertising lifecycle from opportunity identification and client acquisition to campaign oversight and post-campaign performance evaluation. Drive multi-format campaigns (video, display, native) to meet revenue targets, cultivate relationships with marketing executives and agencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. Requires 4+ years in digital media/advertising sales, strong storytelling and data-driven insight skills, proficiency with CRM and Google Workspace, and fluency in English and Spanish; hybrid work model with regular presence in the Peru office and outreach in the Colombia market.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience within a digital media or advertising platform (directly or via a vendor/partner) with proven expertise in end-to-end digital advertising sales supporting enterprise-level brands and media agencies
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems
- Fluent English and native Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus
- Availability for a hybrid work model, with regular presence in the Peru office
